Once you reach the Fourth Stratum, you can obtain Link Stone through mining. It shares the mining pool with these items:

You will not receive a Link Stone on every attempt because the mining points can give you other items from the same pool. If you need another stone after collecting the Third Stratum chest, Fourth Stratum mining provides an additional source.
